My name is Briana Campos Ruiz and Phoenix Lash Lounge has been a musing of mine for years. It has been a labour of love that has evolved out of necessity for me to reinvent myself. Much like the mythological Phoenix which rises from the ashes of it's predecessor, I have retired from my Emergency Response Career to create Phoenix Lash Lounge and start an exciting new venture in British Columbia. In June 2019 I moved my little business back to my home province of Saskatchewan and restarted Phoenix Lash Lounge in Regina.
Why NovaLash? I have worn several different brands of lash extensions over the years and when I finally discovered NovaLash, in 2012, I decided to be NovaLash trained in 2016.
I use oil loving adhesive which is totally unlike any other lash glue on the market. Why does that matter? I always hated getting my lashes done only to be reminded that likely my eyeliner and eye shadow were going to weaken the adhesive. (Not to mention the facial moisturizer that I use!!) Our skin naturally produces oil and my lashes love it! The adhesive is strong and lasts longer than any other extension glue which means more lashes lasting longer and fewer fills.
Being NovaLash trained means that I am trained much differently than every other lash tech out there because we are tained to focus on the health of your lashes. I assess every single lash before I apply an extention to make sure that the appropriate length is applied to ensure the health of your lashes and make sure that they are not pulled out prematurely by overly long or heavy extensions.
